By placing an order with Ectra you agree to the terms below. They cover quotes, artwork, production and payment.
Orders and quotes
Prices shown are per unit and subject to minimum order quantities. Final pricing may be adjusted where specifications, finishing or quantities change, and any adjustment is confirmed with you before production.
Artwork
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you supply. Production begins after you approve the proof; changes after approval may attract additional cost.
Production and lead times
Lead times are estimates from proof approval and confirmed payment. Delays caused by late approvals or third-party supply are outside our control.
Payment
Orders are produced after payment is confirmed. Payment is collected through Paystack. VAT is charged at 7.5% on the value of goods only.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
