Shipping Policy

How delivery is priced, scheduled and tracked for orders placed on the Ectra store.

Delivery fees

Delivery is priced separately from goods and is calculated at checkout from your delivery state. VAT is not applied to the delivery fee.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched once production and quality checks are complete. You will see each stage on your tracking page.

Tracking

Every order gets a unique code in the format BS-XXXX-XXXX. Enter it on the Track Order page at any time to see the current stage and any production photos.

Delivery attempts

Please ensure the phone number and address given at checkout are reachable. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect details may attract a re-delivery fee.
